Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that while he’s the CEO, Campbell doesn’t actually own the company. Mia’s grandfather does. Also, comatoses ladies, who are they?
Realised that Monday’s link wasn’t working, so here’s another link to the TV Tropes page.

I’m noticing a distinct lack of fan fiction being written about this comic. That makes me sad. What’s also sad is it’s been ages since anyone updated the TV Tropes page.
Also, Tnemrot 1 for sale.
And so we end the chapter and the first book. I’m quite happy with how things turned out. How do you guys feel?
Not as happy an ending as it could have been, but still we have some joy. And on Wednesday, we see Raid and June’s punishment for throwing their master into the pit.
So, as I promised on Monday, here’s a post on my thoughts about writing chapter seven, which also acts as the end of the first volume of Domain Tnemrot. And don’t worry, we are nowhere near finished yet.
This story was meant to be in a much different place initially. I first plotted it out in late 2008. Chapter Three was meant to be Morris’ last appearance for a while, but I liked what Tatiana did with him, Raid and June so I brought them back. The fourth chapter was supposed to be the fifth and instead of Angel’s character development, she was supposed to just be awesome. Chapter Five was actually the fourth and had more of a general back story on how the slaves got there. However, upon re-reading it I discovered it conflicted with the story I had written in the About section. Serves me right for not checking my notes. So I pushed it back, made it more about Dae’s personal back story and we got to see the actual ball (Angel and Mia were just supposed to leave then come back at the end).
Then I got to chapter six. I looked at what I had planned out, and then decided to throw it all away in exchange for what we got. I wanted a big ending and Morris getting his comeuppance was the first thought that came to my mind. An epic beatdown delivered by Dae and Angel in the ring as he’s humiliated in front of his fans.
Only problem was I didn’t know how to do it.
The glove was easy. I wanted to bring in something like it soon in order to make the non-slaves a threat without resorting to guns. I’ll probably have a couple of gunslingers featured later, but not for the moment. No, the hard part was the set up. I had chapter seven worked out except for the moment in which Morris is thrown into the arena. That was the part that kept getting changed until I sent Tatiana the version we saw. In a couple of versions it was the Ref who threw him in just to see what would happen. But I’m happy with the result we got and I’m glad you all enjoyed it.
As for the future, well I’ve pretty much scrapped the original overall plot. I have a few ideas, but nothing concrete. Chapter Eight’s been finished and is setting up a new arc, but aside from that, I’m going in blind.
This is going to be fun.

Yes, they are now not allowed to engage in fights they hate. So is this a punishment or a reward?
I was considering uploading the separate pages, since Tatiana sent them and the two together, in order to extend it, but then I thought “nah, this is the moment we’ve been waiting for since chapter one. Let’s do it right.”
I should blog about this chapter at the end of the week.
I rewrote this chapter so many times just to get this moment right. Come back Monday for an epic beat down.
